Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Framingham, MA is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead store-operations budgeting and performance analysis. You’ll develop strategies, partner with Zone teams, and deliver insights to optimize payroll and productivity.

You will build reports, monitor payroll spending, and advise senior management on profit opportunities. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 5+ years of finance experience with leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/ MBA in finance or accounting required/preferred
• 5+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience
• Prior experience leading a team
• Understanding of budgeting and financial analysis techniques
• Experience interfacing within a large decentralized field organization
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of multi-dimensional cube technology (COGNOS, BPC, Hyperion) preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop short- and long-term strategies to improve profit and productivity
• Manage Store Operations payroll budget planning, forecasting, and analysis
• Develop cross-functional partnerships with Store Operations, Zone teams, and other partners
• Provide ad hoc analytical support to senior management and field teams
• Develop reporting and metrics to monitor payroll spending and productivity
• Assess annual financial plans and advise on corrective actions
