Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, strategy, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models.
• Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to analyze data and extract insights from large datasets.
• Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization and BI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Finance and other cross-functional business teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and business data to evaluate trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making
• Build and maintain financial models to project and evaluate business and project performance, inform strategic decisions, and maximize profitability
• Develop forecasts, reporting, and financial analyses in partnership with Finance and other business teams
• Support initiatives designed to improve customer loyalty, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value
• Lead key business initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring cross-functional alignment and measurable results
• Support the development and implementation of AI/ML-driven initiatives focused on identifying business opportunities, optimizing spend, and improving operational performance
• Serve as a financial and analytical resource to the business, translating complex data into actionable recommendations
• Develop and deliver presentations and insights to senior leadership, including VP and SVP-level stakeholders
