Job summary

Engrain is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to drive forecasting, financial modeling, and data-driven decision support across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance accuracy and speed for long-term projections and operational insights.

The role emphasizes building scalable models, dashboards, and strategic analytics to support Engrain’s growth strategy and SaaS business metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
3-6 years of FP&A experience in a finance-related field.
Strong working knowledge of AI-enabled financial systems and BI tools.
Proven experience with generative AI tools to automate data cleaning and draft financial commentary.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and KPIs.
Advanced Excel modeling skills.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and refine detailed financial models and forecasts for SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn).
Design and maintain SaaS dashboards and reports; optimize data flow.
Navigate and cleanse multi-source data to create a single source of truth.
Perform ad-hoc analyses for leadership and department heads.
Analyze performance trends to guide strategic decisions.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support goals.
Identify bottlenecks, data pipeline gaps, and cost-saving opportunities.
