Kforce, on behalf of its client in Appleton, WI, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to perform financial and strategic analysis. You will build models, analyze performance, and support decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor junior analysts, ensure accuracy of monthly to annual statements, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting while ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Working Conditions: Mainly onsite.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Advise and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and support
• Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast and analyze financial performance
• Participate in strategic planning activities, offering insights and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed analysis and insights
