Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional recruiting experience or 2+ years in a related recruiting role.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills with confidence and impact.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry and client research to map the executive talent landscape.
• Support position specification development and search strategy.
• Prepare client and candidate materials for presentations.
• Contact prospective candidates to elicit interest, gather referrals and market intelligence.
• Assist in conducting in-depth candidate interviews and manage relationships through the search lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Consultants across the firm and keep them updated on candidate progress.
• Uphold professionalism, confidentiality and ethics in all search activities.
• Demonstrate teamwork by collaborating with stakeholders across the firm and contributing to firm initiatives.
• Partner effectively across a multitude of stakeholders to develop trusting relationships.
• Foster collaboration and be seen as a team player.
• Demonstrate self-awareness, humility and empathy in the workplace.
