Job summary

PSG, Boca Raton, FL, seeks an experienced Buyer to lead supplier management and material planning for our global pump and flow-control business. This onsite role supports production programs, optimizes stock levels, and drives cost-effective procurement across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in purchasing/supply chain, ERP/MRP proficiency, and a proactive, analytical mindset with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years of purchasing/materials/supply chain experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Professional CPSM, CPM, CPIM, or CIRM certification is preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and strong MS Office skills.
• Ability to think tactically and strategically.
• Experience or education with Kanban systems and lean manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier management, on-time delivery, and inventory control.
• Issue and modify purchase orders to meet program and production schedules.
• Expedite items and maintain data integrity in procurement records.
• Collaborate with Dover Category Managers and Supply Chain Director.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 policies and ethics.
