Job summary

Flowserve US Inc. seeks aSenior Buyer to secure subcontracted components, materials, and services, strengthening supply continuity for customer projects. You will own supplier portfolios, support commercial teams, and partner with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and profitability.

The role requires 5–7 years in purchasing or supply chain, strong negotiation skills, and experience with ERP/MRP systems. Excellent English and collaborative cross-functional work are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field; 5–7 years purchasing experience
• Experience negotiating supplier pricing, delivery terms, and commercial agreements
• Knowledge of supplier evaluation, supplier development, supplier quality, logistics, and procurement processes
• Experience sourcing technical products or services with quality requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ERP/MRP systems
• Professional fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Execute just-in-time purchasing to support manufacturing and project requirements
• Negotiate pricing, terms, delivery commitments, and commercial conditions with suppliers
• Support quotation process by obtaining competitive supplier pricing and delivery information
• Manage purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers and intercompany teams for on-time delivery
• Develop and maintain supplier agreements to improve pricing and delivery performance
• Evaluate supplier performance and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams and suppliers
• Resolve import, logistics, and delivery issues affecting local service centers
• Review inventory and stock levels to maintain material availability while optimizing inventory
