Responsibilities

• Track inventory levels and set appropriate stock based on demand and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain safety stock or minimum reorder point.
• Use Excel/SharePoint to analyze data and drive procurement decisions.
• Process return materials authorizations and related documentation.
• Develop supplier base to reduce risk of sole sourcing.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers; negotiate pricing.
• Visit suppliers to maintain relationships and evaluate performance.
• Maintain vendor scorecards for on-time delivery, quality, and pricing.
• Compute PPV and provide insights to drive cost improvements.
• Develop product expertise and compare sources for competitive advantages.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
