Job summary

Aspen Surgical is seeking a Senior Buyer to manage procurement and supplier relationships across two sites. You will help integrate legacy processes into the sourcing model, focus on forecast-driven purchasing, and shift from reactive buying to a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities include cost optimization, supplier performance management, and standardization, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and compliance with US regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or supply chain field.
• 4–6 years purchasing experience with 2–3 years contracting/negotiation.
• Experience leading supplier negotiations across multiple categories.
• ERP/MRP knowledge and forecasting software experience.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Standardize procurement processes and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
• Drive cost savings through supplier consolidation and negotiation.
• Execute purchase orders aligned with demand forecasts.
• Manage supplier data, lead times, MOQs, pricing.
• Support supplier performance management and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with US laws and safety regulations.
