Job summary

Creation Technologies in Everett, WA, is seeking a Senior Buyer to support production and operations. You will manage purchasing, coordinate with the BU Planning Team and Director of Supply Chain, and work to maintain optimal inventory levels while reducing costs.

Strong communication and organization are essential for success. Responsibilities include managing high-volume accounts, issuing POs, monitoring status, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, inventory or purchasing management or equivalent.
• ERP system experience is required for purchasing and inventory control.
• Proficient MS Office skills, including Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume/strategic/complex customer accounts.
• Collaborate with regional/site teams to support material and business needs.
• Generate and manage ERP purchase orders and releases for production and new launches.
• Monitor PO status and communicate with the Customer Focus Team.
• Maintain supplier setup in ERP with lead times, MOQs, and NCNR terms.
