Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field; MBA with quantitative concentration acceptable.
• At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business challenges and opportunities and propose strategic/tactical recommendations.
• Model analytics for new product and pricing strategies for lending products.
• Support marketing efforts and build insights for new customer experiences and go-to-market strategies.
• Support credit risk improvements by linking drivers of future trends to historical behavior and testing hypotheses.
• Frame problems, develop hypotheses, test analyses, and lead implementation with monitoring plans.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to improve quality, volume, service and profitability.
• Demonstrate strong analytical orientation and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment.
• Show business judgment, leadership and integrity in decision making.
• Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders to drive agreements.
