Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field or MBA with quantitative concentration.
• At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analysis: Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement using analysis to inform strategic or tactical recommendations.
• Product: Model and analyze to support new product and pricing strategies for lending products.
• Marketing: Support direct-to-consumer marketing and inform new customer experiences with targeted insights.
• Credit Risk: Build risk models and test hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis.
• Execution: Frame problems, develop hypotheses, test, and lead implementation with monitoring.
