Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or MBA with quantitative concentration.
• Master's degree in a quantitative field or MBA with quantitative concentration is preferred.
• At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analysis: Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve for them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations.
• Product: Perform modeling/analytics to assist new product and pricing strategies for various lending products.
• Marketing: Support direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products and strategic go-to-market insights.
• Credit Risk: Build and test risk models and monitor future credit trends against historical behavior.
• Execution: Frame problems, develop hypotheses, test and analyze, develop solutions, scope feasibility, lead implementation, monitor results.
• Partnership: Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to drive quality, volume, service, and profitability.
• Strategic & analytic orientation: Strong analytics-driven decision making and quantitative orientation.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field

Master's Degree in a quantitative field or MBA with a quantitative concentration

At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis
