Capital One Shopping is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join our team on a remote-eligible basis.

You will apply strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges, partnering across IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and more to improve quality, volume, service and profitability. You will assess business opportunities, build models, and test strategies to influence go-to-market plans and pricing for lending products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field or MBA with quantitative concentration
• At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis
• Experience with statistical modeling, market research, SQL querying, and consulting is preferred
• Strong analytical, business judgment and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Identify business challenges and opportunities and provide strategic/tactical recommendations
• Perform analytics to support product pricing strategies for lending products
• Support marketing efforts with insights to inform customer experiences and go-to-market strategies
• Develop risk models and test hypotheses to understand credit performance
• Lead problem framing, hypothesis development, testing, and implementation planning
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and other partners to drive improvements
