Job summary

Janicki Industries is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead enterprise analysis and system architecture across ERP, MES, HRIS, CRM, and custom applications. The role drives digital transformation and cross-functional collaboration to align business operations with the technology roadmap. The position is on-site in Layton, UT, with potential alignment to Sedro-Woolley, WA.

Requires 10+ years in business systems analysis and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of business systems analysis or enterprise systems experience.
• SAP enterprise experience (SD, FICO, PS, PP, PM) preferred for MES environments.
• Expert-level ERP/MES/HRIS knowledge and solution architecture skills.
• Experience leading enterprise initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• US citizenship or permanent resident status required; ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives as system architecture advisor and mentor junior analysts.
• Drive enterprise-wide business analysis, requirements, and system road mapping.
• Provide strategic recommendations on digital transformation and process optimization.
• Architect end-to-end solutions across ERP, MES, HRIS, CRM, and custom apps.
• Oversee major implementations including planning, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
• Develop organizational reporting strategy and advanced analytics frameworks.
• Collaborate with executives to shape processes and define enterprise KPIs.
