Janicki Industries seeks a Business Systems Analyst I to support SAP S/4HANA functionality and cross‑functional ERP processes. You will gather requirements, document processes, and translate needs into actionable specifications while collaborating with business users, IT, and operational teams.

The role focuses on developing reports and dashboards, maintaining system workflows, and contributing to ERP project phases including UAT and cutover support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; high school diploma or GED accepted as baseline
• Hands-on SAP experience and ability to contribute to ERP transformations
• Proficiency with MS Office and strong communication skills
• US Citizenship or Legal Permanent Resident status required; ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance

Responsibilities
