Job summary

Janicki Industries is seeking an Engineering Systems Analyst to optimize CAD/PLM platforms and deliver advanced reports that support design, manufacturing, and program management.

The role requires strong analytical and project management skills, ITAR/EAR compliance, and the ability to translate complex needs into actionable system requirements. Based in the BIS team, the position offers competitive compensation and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident due to ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field; minimum high school diploma or GED requirement.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; strong analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate complex business systems to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Lead requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops, and analysis.
• Decompose high-level needs into detailed, actionable requirements with minimal oversight.
• Own development and maintenance of requirements specifications and documents.
• Design and deliver complex reports, dashboards, and PLM solutions.
• Serve as liaison between engineering, manufacturing, IT and program management.
• Lead cross-functional workgroups and drive alignment on initiatives.
• Coordinate CAD/PLM system implementations and upgrades.
