Job summary

CoorsTek is seeking a Key Customer Supply Planning Manager to drive planning optimization for key semiconductor customers. You will collaborate with account managers, plant planning, and demand planning to ensure reliable supply and responsive service across multiple sites worldwide.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10+ years of experience, and preferably an MBA or APICS certification.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
Experience: 10+ years in supply planning or related field.
MBA or APICS certification desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

Define and lead planning processes for supply fulfillment and shortages for key semiconductor customers.
Utilize production and inventory plans to drive actions on supply escalation topics globally.
Develop and monitor order and forecast status with ISR’s, account teams, and data sources.
Provide planning leadership to align demand to product codes across multi-site manufacturing.
Identify and track actions to alleviate capacity and demand concerns through forecasting and metrics.
Analyze and summarize demand signals to create a clearer unconstrained demand view for accounts.
Communicate with customers and internal teams across plants and regions.
