Job summary

Resource Innovations (RI) seeks a full-time Strategic Energy Management (SEM) Coach to deliver SEM initiatives for industrial and commercial customers under utility programs. The role blends engineering, relationship building, and project management to energize customer engagement and provide effective training.

You will work with RI Energy Managers and Engineers to strengthen client relationships, deliver best practices, and drive measurable energy reductions, with a focus on continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and written skills.
• Ability to work with internal counterparts without conflicts.
• Excellent writing, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Professional experience in energy efficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support SEM programs to achieve energy savings goals.
• Lead virtual and onsite events to identify and prioritize energy reduction actions.
• Coach customers to integrate SEM tools into existing business practices.
• Deliver cohort training and onsite facilitation with tracking and reporting.
• Review energy performance results and AMI data with clients.
