Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a full-time SEM Coach in Indianapolis, IN to join our Strategic Energy Management practice. You will deliver SEM initiatives and energy reduction measures for industrial and commercial customers for utility programs, blending relationship building, engineering, and project management.

You’ll work with RI Energy Managers and Engineers, provide cohort training, and help implement SEM tools with a focus on measurable energy performance improvements and continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or similar) or related field.
• Strong communication, presentation and written skills.
• Experience in energy efficiency industry is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Comfortable collaborating with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Willingness to travel up to ~20% of time.

Responsibilities

• Support SEM programs to achieve energy savings goals.
• Lead virtual and onsite events for energy reduction actions.
• Coach customers to integrate SEM tools into business practices.
• Deliver cohort training, facilitation, and reporting.
• Review energy performance results and provide actionable feedback.
• Promote continuous improvement and high-quality SEM delivery.
