Job summary

Resource Innovations seeks a full-time SEM Coach to deliver Strategic Energy Management initiatives for industrial and commercial customers under utility programs. You’ll blend engineering, project management, and relationship-building to train cohorts, enable energy savings, and continuously improve SEM delivery with RI’s energy team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or similar) or related field.
• Strong communication across audiences and excellent writing.
• Experience in the energy efficiency industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Support SEM programs to achieve energy savings goals.
• Lead virtual and onsite events to identify and prioritize energy reduction actions.
• Coach customers to integrate SEM tools into existing business practices.
• Deliver professional cohort training and onsite facilitation, tracking, and reporting.
• Review energy performance results with the client and AMI interval data.
• Provide clear and timely technical assistance and input for calculations and scope.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of SEM delivery and tools.
