Job summary

Stone Security, part of BearCom, is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Specialist in Utah to manage the complete lifecycle of orders, procure materials, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

You will handle sales orders, inventory management, invoicing, and documentation while supporting a team that values reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or relevant warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to lift to 25 lbs.
• Valid driver's license.
