Job summary

Stone Security, part of the BearCom family, is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead security and communications projects. You will oversee initiation, planning, and execution, coordinating with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to meet scope, schedule, and budget.

Applicants should have 5+ years in security and project management, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office; LenelS2/Milestone experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of security and project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in construction and security industries.
• Proficient with MS Office; basic networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Oversee projects from inception to completion, including permits and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects meet scope, on time and within budget.
• Maintain installation schedules and coordinate with trades.
• Troubleshoot issues and mobilize resources as needed.
• Plan and schedule engineering, installation, and subcontracting.
• Manage multiple projects across the Southeast without supervision.
• Manage project budgets and profitability; execute change orders.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team.

Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, supervision, and implementation of projects related to the customers' objectives. Responsibilities also include proactively identifying project risks and mitigation strategies for those risks, building, maintaining, and tracking project schedules, capturing, categorizing, and identifying the resolution of project issues.

Job Responsibilities And Duties

• Exceptional communication with all stakeholders, external and internal
• Oversee project progression from inception to completion, including permits, material delivery, contracting, managing subcontractors, etc.
• Understanding of project scope and completing projects on time and within budget
• Maintains installation schedules and coordinates task scheduling with other trades
• Troubleshoot project issues and engage appropriate resources as needed to mitigate impacts
• Plans and schedules engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities of assigned projects
• Manage multiple small to large-scale projects simultaneously across the Southeast without supervision.
• Manage project budget and project profitability
• Manage and execute project change orders

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of security and project management experience
• Ability to engage with all levels of management
• Individuals will be technically inclined, have good written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated, be dependable to work under little supervision, and be eager to learn.
• Must have experience in the construction field and security industry
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint).
• Strong technical knowledge of relevant technology and tools, i.e., access control, video surveillance, and intrusion.
• Experience in LenelS2 and Milestone preferred
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking
