Job summary

Strider Technologies is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to guide organizations in operationalizing strategic intelligence and strengthening security programs. In this role you will build trusted client relationships, lead assessments, and facilitate workshops that translate Strider data into practical actions for executive leaders.

You will partner across Advisory, Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure onboarding, adoption, and measurable client value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in counterintelligence, insider risk, or security advisory roles.
• Experience leading client-facing consulting engagements or professional services.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with executive audiences.
• Experience conducting organizational assessments and translating findings into actions.
• Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and align objectives.
• Lead assessments of risk management programs using advisory methodologies.
• Develop practical recommendations to mature client programs.
• Lead workshops to operationalize Strider data and improve resilience.
• Facilitate executive briefings, trainings, and playbook development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and expand engagement.
• Represent Strider at customer events and industry conferences.
