• Proven success developing and managing client relationships.
• Experience in the Agency Securities Finance industry.
• Ability to think strategically and build persuasive arguments to drive business results.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly to a senior audience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with internal product partners across regions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, tax, and market events and identify implications to lending program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual strategy plan with focus on retention and revenue optimization.
• Responsible for organic growth in the form of additional mandates and general client wallet expansion.
• Understand all contractual obligations for assigned clients and ensure program is operating within those parameters.
• Partner with global ASF trading and investment desks on revenue optimization opportunities and present them to clients as applicable.
• Ensure consistent messaging, planning, and penetration strategies between ASF and Platform Sales.
• Serve as client advocate across trading, operations, client service, risk, credit, technology, and product.
• When issues occur, take responsibility for escalation, messaging to client, and identifying a timely and effective resolution.
