Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual strategy plan focusing on retention and revenue optimization.
• Responsible for organic growth in the form of additional mandates and client wallet expansion.
• Understand all contractual obligations for assigned clients and ensure program compliance.
• Partner with global ASF trading and investment desks on revenue opportunities and present them to clients.
• Ensure consistent messaging and strategies between ASF and Platform Sales.
• Serve as client advocate across trading, operations, client service, risk, credit, technology, and product.
• Escalate issues and coordinate timely and effective resolutions with clients.
