Job summary

JLL seeks a Secured Environments Senior Project Manager to lead multiple ground-up development and corporate interiors projects in the US, focusing on ICD-705/TEMPEST compliance. You will manage budgets, schedules and cross-functional teams while maintaining client relationships and value engineering initiatives.

The role requires extensive experience in secured environments, excellent communication, and the ability to travel as needed in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of practical experience in construction project management.
• 3-5 years working with secured environment projects meeting ICD-705/TEMPEST requirements.
• Ability to manage several medium to large secured environment ground-up development projects.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with capital plan development and project scope definition.
• Develop detailed project budgets including hard and soft costs; perform cost/benefit analysis.
• Lead budgeting, scheduling, site improvements, permits, design team and contractor management.
• Assemble and manage teams of consultants and contractors; monitor performance.
