Job summary

CorMedix Therapeutics is seeking a Sr. Manager, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting to lead the preparation and review of the company’s SEC filings under US GAAP.

You will shape disclosure quality, manage 10-Q/10-K cycles, and drive the integrity and timeliness of financial reporting. You will collaborate with the Corporate Controller, CAO, CFO, external auditors, and legal to strengthen reporting infrastructure and policy, while guiding complex accounting analyses and ERP/disclosure tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferred.
• 10–12 years of progressive experience in public accounting and/or public company reporting.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC rules/regulations (Reg S-X, Reg S-K), and Sarbanes-Oxley 404.
• Experience preparing or auditing Forms 10-Q, 10-K and related disclosures.
• Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the external reporting and SEC filings process, including 10-Q/10-K and 8-K cycles.
• Oversee technical accounting analyses and maintain policy library in line with GAAP/SEC.
• Drive earnings process packaging, disclosures, and cross-functional communications.
• Lead equity, EPS calculations and complex capital market considerations.
• Identify process improvements and optimize disclosure management systems.
