The role involves maintaining service levels, assisting with special order requests, and collaborating with the team to support continuous supply and cost-effective procurement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related purchasing experience preferred.
• SAP or similar procurement system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select vendors based on continuous supply, service level, and market reputation.
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve invoicing, product, or delivery issues.
• Negotiate prices and quantities based on customer orders and market conditions.
• Negotiate long-term contracts to ensure continuous supply.
• Support emergency distribution by coordinating product and delivery.
