Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s or higher preferred in business, supply chain, or related area.
• 1–2 years related experience in procurement or sourcing.
• SAP or similar systems experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related area preferred.
• Fresh or Frozen Seafood procurement experience and broadline foodservice exposure are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate suppliers and negotiate price and quantity terms for seafood products.
• Establish long-term contracts to ensure adequate supply and competitive pricing.
• Maintain service levels for in-stock products and assist with special orders.
• Select vendors based on supply capability, service levels, and market reputation.
• Negotiate long-term contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and value.
• Communicate pricing and product information to sales teams and support pricing strategies.
