Job summary

ZF Off-Highway Solutions Minnesota Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Management Leader to drive end-to-end supply chain, leading Strategic Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Production Planning, Order Management and Plant Logistics in North Mankato.

You will coach three team leaders and a 30-person team, optimize inventory and service levels, advance S&OP, and build strong supplier partnerships while guiding budgets, forecasts and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in supply chain management or purchasing in manufacturing.
• Expertise in purchasing, planning, logistics, and supplier management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with S&OP, inventory management, and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel domestic and international up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Material/Production Planning, Order Management, and Logistics.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategy aligned with business goals and customer requirements.
• Provide leadership and coaching to three leaders and a team of 30 employees.
• Optimize inventory levels, working capital, and service performance.
• Drive S&OP processes and supplier performance.
• Lead continuous improvement, KPI management, and risk mitigation.
