Eurofins Environmental Testing seeks a Scientific Leader, Commercial Operations, a senior executive who aligns scientific credibility with profitable growth. You will drive commercial strategy, oversee laboratory operations, and build high-performing teams to deliver exceptional testing services.

This role owns P&L, leads strategic accounts, and guides new service development while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality across programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in environmental testing or related fields.
• Experience leading both commercial and operational functions.
• Proven experience managing P&L and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability.
• Oversee laboratory operations leadership, productivity, and capacity optimization.
• Develop and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams across commercial, operations, and technical functions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality across all programs and services.
