Job summary

Lifetouch, part of the Shutterfly family, is seeking a Sales Account Executive to build strong customer relationships with schools and districts, drive program adoption, and grow revenue through Lifetouch portrait solutions.

You will manage an assigned portfolio, conduct business reviews, prepare sales agreements, and collaborate with Photography, Operations, and Account Specialists to deliver a seamless customer experience and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills are required.
• 2-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of accounts with strong customer relationships and high satisfaction.
• Execute full account management: rebooking, program details, and Salesforce data maintenance.
• Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within an assigned territory to drive revenue growth.
• Promote Lifetouch products and programs (Picture Day, Yearbook, Commencements, Sports, etc.).
• Collaborate with Account Specialists, Photography, and Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
