The Gardner School of Dublin is seeking an Executive School Director to lead a high-performing team, cultivate family partnerships, and drive enrollment and community engagement from Day One.

You will oversee operations, budgeting, staffing, and program quality, ensure compliance with Ohio licensing standards, mentor teachers, and model the school’s mission and values while building a positive, safe learning environment for children.
