Responsibilities

• Drive enrollment to meet quarterly targets and enrollments milestones.
• Serve as primary sales leader by tours, follow-ups, and converting inquiries to enrollments.
• Execute community marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and leads.
• Analyze enrollment metrics and refine sales strategies as needed.
• Open new classrooms aligned with enrollment projections and staffing needs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse school team.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train staff to maintain proper ratios.
• Oversee daily school operations and financial management, with compliance focus.
• Develop seasonal enrollment plans for Summer, Back to School, and Spring Ramp in coordination with District Manager.
• Engage families and community partners to strengthen school presence.
• Ensure licensing standards and safety procedures are met across the school.
