This hands-on leadership role requires 2+ years in licensed childcare with director experience; a Bachelor's is required, a Master's preferred. Salary range $53,000-$66,000 with a quarterly bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Meet Ohio child care director licensing requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum two years in licensed childcare; at least one year as a Director.
• Strong leadership, financial, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Enrollment management: drive enrollment and hit quarterly milestones.
• Lead sales by tours, follow-ups, and inquiries to enrollments.
• Execute community marketing to raise brand awareness and drive enrollment leads.
• Track enrollment metrics and adjust sales strategies.
• Open new classrooms in line with enrollment projections.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a diverse team.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff to maintain ratios.
• Manage monthly team meetings and provide feedback.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and school finances.
• Ensure licensing and compliance; maintain records.
• Engage families and community partnerships.
• Plan and conduct orientation for new families.
