As a hands-on leader, you will mentor staff, ensure compliance with licensing standards, and champion a culture of educational excellence in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Illinois Rules Child Care Director Licensing Standards required.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in licensed childcare with director or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive enrollment to meet quarterly targets and manage enrollment metrics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team for high performance.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and school operations for quality and compliance.
• Foster family partnerships and community engagement.
• Ensure licensing, safety, and quality standards are maintained.
