Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.

• Monitor attendance, tardiness, and scheduling changes; communicate updates promptly.
• Maintain scheduling records and prepare staffing reports as requested.
• Provide timely communication and professional customer service regarding scheduling matters.
