Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced Inspection Specialist to lead project activities, evaluate pipeline readiness for inspection, and coordinate scheduling with homeowners and partners.

You will drive process improvements to meet monthly quotas while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. The role requires advanced project management, strong stakeholder communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 3–5+ years in scheduling/project management in renewable energy.
• Experience developing detailed project plans and interpreting complex schedules.
• Proven leadership and customer experience skills to guide stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple projects, drive on-time delivery, and meet quotas.
• Proficient with enterprise CRM tools and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data and report on key inspection metrics.
• Analyze pipeline reports to identify projects ready for inspection.
• Perform root cause analysis to remove bottlenecks delaying scheduling.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve throughput and remove bottlenecks.
• Coordinate and schedule inspections with homeowners and partners.
• Oversee projects through Site Survey, Install, and Inspection stages.
• Break complex projects into actions with clear timeframes and priorities.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans to protect outcomes.
