Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. (HQCA) seeks an experienced Inspection Specialist to lead project activities, evaluate pipeline reports, and determine installation readiness for inspections.

Based in Irvine, CA or Austin, TX, you will coordinate with homeowners, cities and Installation Partners, manage timelines and budgets while delivering a five-star customer experience. This role emphasizes advancing projects on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards, with an in-office schedule

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years managing complex projects from inception to completion, ideally in retrofit residential PV + ESS renewable energy sector.
• 3+ years developing detailed project plans and interpreting complex schedules and action plans.
• 3+ years leading and improving customer experience with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong prioritization and time-management abilities for high-quality impact.
• Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills, with ambiguity navigation and conflict resolution.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise CRMs and QA/risk management familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data and report on key inspection metrics.
• Analyze pipeline reports to identify projects ready for inspection.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify bottlenecks and scheduling gaps.
• Recommend solutions and coordinate with leadership to remove bottlenecks and improve throughput.
• Coordinate and schedule inspections with homeowners and Installation Partners.
• Oversee pipeline through Site Survey, Install, and Inspection stages to ensure on-time completion.
• Break complex projects into actionable tasks with defined timeframes and priorities.
• Identify risks early and develop contingency plans to safeguard outcomes.
