Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage program-level scheduling standards, processes, and reporting.
• Advise client leadership on project sequencing, risks, and delivery strategy.
• Oversee integrated schedules spanning design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Lead schedule risk analysis, recovery planning, and critical path evaluations.
• Drive collaboration across project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Establish executive dashboards and performance metrics.
• Mentor and lead planners and schedulers across multiple projects.
