Job summary

You bring 10+ years in construction with cost management and scheduling in data centres, expertise in Primavera P6, strong communication, and chartered status with RICS preferred. The role offers visibility and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction with cost management/scheduling in the data center sector.
• Experience using Primavera P6 for scheduling.
• Chartered and ideally a member of the RICS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong operational management experience in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to lead client meetings and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key account manager in the data centre team, developing client relationships based upon partnership and trust
• Use your business development skills to engage new clients as well as repeat projects with existing clients
• Oversee key strategic client projects.
• Apply your wealth of scheduling/planning experience to achieve all project deliverables within contract performance measures
• Expertly negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with external clients and contractors
• Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership
• Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value
