Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Scheduling Analyst to support project managers and controls teams. You will develop monthly and quarterly scheduling reports, maintain histories, and create new project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.

The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent and 0–2 years of scheduling experience, with training in scheduling preferred. Travel may be required as projects span the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree or equivalent work experience in Construction Management, Electrical/Civil/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Accounting/Finance, Project Management.
• 0-2 years of cost or scheduling experience with a preference for Solar/ Renewable Energy/ Power Generation.
• Scheduling-specific training or certificate desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers and project controls specialists in development of all required monthly and quarterly scheduling reports for assigned projects.
• Prepare weekly schedule updates, look-ahead schedules, critical path analysis, schedule impact analysis, earned value analysis, and S-curves creation and analysis.
• Maintain accurate history of schedule development and changes; create new project schedules in the system.
• Coordinate schedule input with Estimating and Project Management teams and attend weekly/monthly owner meetings with the PM as needed.
• Assist PMs, Directors, VPs, and PCM with special reports and daily/weekly/monthly subcontractor/EPC reports to ensure data accuracy.
• Attend and participate in Plan of the Day (POD) and Daily Managers meetings to obtain information related to project controls; create, evaluate, and improve schedule controls processes.
