Job summary

U.S. Oral Surgery Management is seeking a Strategic Scheduler to join our Irving team. You will manage high-volume calls, review medical records and insurance, and schedule patients for multiple surgeons.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 5-star customer service on patient and referral interactions with empathy and efficiency.
• Maximize surgeon schedules by filling openings, resolving conflicts, and improving appointment conversion.
• Manage scheduling needs across multiple providers with varying workflows while maintaining accuracy.
• Explain treatment, appointment, and referral processes to reduce barriers to care.
• Enter and maintain patient data in scheduling systems with data integrity and compliance.
• Monitor schedules, identify gaps or underutilized time, and provide feedback to leaders.
• Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate scheduling needs and support practices.
• Adapt to changing priorities and evolving practice needs.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the practice and scheduling team.
