The successful candidate coordinates multiple variables over time, balancing customer satisfaction with financial impact, and uses strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to adapt to changes and ensure projects finish on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of dispatch-based experience.
• 3-5 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Previous commercial furniture installation experience preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update scheduling module for accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate effectively to resolve problems and coordinate teams.
• Coordinate between internal and external customers by scheduling crews.
• Ensure crews have required skills to complete projects on time and on budget.
• Apply lean methods to drive cost-effective solutions.
• Provide direction and leadership through standard work procedures.
• Foster a team-oriented environment.
• Support company policies and respond to after-hours calls.
