Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating with dispatch, safety, accounting, and mentoring crews ranging from two to 25 workers; must learn product lines and installation requirements.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in moving/installation.
• 3-5 years leading large projects.
• Ability to lead crews of 2 to 25+ members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet customer expectations.
• Communicate with dispatch daily to receive assignments and schedules.
• Coordinate with safety, accounting, and warehouse teams as needed.
• Assist in documenting disciplinary action as required with feedback to Team Supervisor and HR.
• Prepare and maintain reports such as DVIR, Bill of Lading and Disposal forms.
• Lead and support installation teams physically as required.
