Job summary

Oso Semiconductor Inc. is seeking a Technical Business Development Lead to join the leadership team and collaborate with Engineering and Operations to get beamforming chipsets into customers’ phased-array platforms.

You will combine RF and semiconductor expertise with commercial ownership to secure early design wins, engage partners, and accelerate SATCOM product go-to-market efforts. The role demands autonomy in technical conversations and strategic business discussions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role supporting RF/mmWave, phased array or semiconductor products.
• Own the design-ins from first customer engagement through design win and into volume production.
• Understanding of SATCOM ecosystem including LEO/MEO/GEO markets.
• Willing to travel 30–50% to customer sites, labs and events.

Responsibilities

• Convert from Curiosity to Contract: qualify design-in opportunities across terminals and lead architecture trade studies.
• Own the Design-In from Lead to Volume Revenue and shepherd the program through NPI and ramp.
• Develop Strategic Partnerships across SATCOM ecosystem and cultivate relationships for long-term growth.
• Drive GTM strategy with compelling value propositions and market intelligence for roadmap alignment.
• Build Pipeline & Drive Revenue Growth by guiding opportunities from initial engagement to commercial agreement.
• Represent Oso Semi at industry events to increase visibility and generate partnerships.
