Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in RFIC/mmWave design.
• Proven track record in building engineering teams.
• Expert proficiency with Cadence EDA tools and RF testing.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering organization and define technical strategy.
• Design and integrate RFIC circuits alongside your team.
• Oversee the full chip lifecycle from design to production.
