Job summary

VBeyond Corporation in Parsippany, NJ seeks a Supply Chain Program Manager - SAP to lead ERP transformation initiatives (ECC/S/4HANA) on a contract basis. You will drive program governance, manage dependencies, and coordinate with SAP, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires extensive experience in SAP ERP transformations within a supply chain context, strong leadership, and the ability to deliver executive-ready reporting and governance artifacts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years project/program management experience
• 3–5 years supporting SAP ERP transformations with focus on Supply Chain
• Experience working with business leaders, IT teams, and system integrators
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes
• Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and readiness risks

Responsibilities

• Maintain the transformation portfolio plan with portfolio-level visibility.
• Coordinate SAP/IT activities including sequencing, milestones and risks for Supply Chain initiatives.
• Support intake, prioritization, and scope governance in alignment with strategy and value drivers.
• Prepare executive-ready materials for Steering Committees and portfolio reviews.
• Engage with Business Owners and Process Owners to clarify objectives and success measures.
• Collaborate with SAP, Data and IT teams to align priorities with delivery plans.
