Job summary
CRH Americas Materials Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Architect to own the technical design of O2C and TM. You will lead architecture workshops, produce technical specs, and guide SAP integration across SD, pricing, billing and AR.
You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics and IT to transform business requirements into scalable solutions, supervise a team of SAP O2C/TM resources, and drive continuous improvement in the SAP landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years in a technical architect/lead role.
- Deep hands-on SAP O2C and TM experience, including pricing, billing and AR.
- Strong ABAP knowledge for reading, debugging and reviewing custom code.
- Experience architecting integrations with POS, Salesforce and eCommerce platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end SAP O2C/TM architecture, data flows and integration blueprint.
- Lead architecture governance, design workshops and technical decision logs.
- Plan and run cross-functional workshops with Sales, Finance, Logistics and IT.
- Design and troubleshoot integrations across SD, pricing, billing and TM.
- Mentor SAP O2C/TM analysts and coordinate vendor reviews.
